Ready, Connect, Grow

Grow Your Business Through the Power of Your Connections.

The Core Energy Program

The Core Energy Program brings self awareness and increased emotional management with stress reduction. This leads into experiencing maximum flow with the highest desired execution. All people have a common denominator called "TIME" a constant, never stopping, always changing. "TIME" is the continuum of transition.

Being aware of your energy shifts empowers you to capture successful performance in all you do. Core Energy Dynamics helps people identify how their past experiences have formed beliefs that are holding them back and how to shift your core energy to the present in the now.

"Awareness in Transition Provides For Desired Performance"

Everything Depends On Us

Imagine that we influence our own energy each day and thus the energy we send into the world. We influence it through our thinking, through what we do and how we feel. The biggest change we can make is to build the level of our own energy with Anabolic growth. The result is the energy we send, comes back.

"Give 100% of Your Core Energy And That Is Good Enough"

Core Energy  Dynamics Program Consists Of Four Concentrations

Leadership - Well Being- Performance - Transition.

Core Energy is the total available energy at any given moment understanding that Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can be changed from one form to another. With this knowledge, anyone is able to form a mind-energy-body connection to performance in business, sports, life and all we do. We are always seeking our highest level of the four concentrations.

"In the Middle of Difficulty Lies Opportunity" Albert Einstein

The Core Energy Dynamics Program

Is a systematic approach for creating the understanding of your energy while capturing optimized outcome. Performance = Potential - Interference. The Core Energy Program brings self awareness and increased emotional management with stress reduction. This leads into experiencing maximum flow with the highest desired execution.

All people have a common denominator - time. Time is a constant, never stopping, always changing. This is the continuum of transition. Being aware of your energy shifts empowers you to capture successful performance in all you do.

"Time Brings Change Which Provides Opportunity For Growth"

The Core Energy Program

Continuum Core Coaching works with individuals and teams helping them to re-engineer their beliefs so they can achieve greatness through actions by applying their Flow of Growth with Anabolic and Stress Reduction in each moment in time which is in a Continuum of changes. Working with them to re-engineer those beliefs so they can achieve greatness through actions by applying their flow of Growth. Everything depends on us. Imagine that we influence our own energy each day and thus the energy we send into the world. We influence it through our thinking, through what we do and how we feel.

The biggest change we can make is to build the level of our own energy with anabolic growth. The result is the energy we send, comes back. By understanding the level of our potential (the power of a light bulb) results directly from our self-awareness of who we are in life, contrary to how we were brought up or trained by our parents, teachers or society, including the media creating limited beliefs. When we get to know ourselves, first of all, our judgment over ourselves and others lessens. We stop seeing the world in terms of good or bad and black or white. Thus, our stress level decreases. At the same time, our productivity, happiness and sense of purpose increase. Core Energy Dynamics involves the unblocking and releasing of emotion in order to self-heal both physical and mental conditions.

This process focuses on unifying and connecting the body, emotions, mind, energy and spiritual self into a unified whole that expresses your complete reality. Core Energy Dynamics allows us the knowledge of how we operate our Energy Flow with maximum desired performance in all we do. “Performance as Applied Through Your Core Energy“ “We define Human Performance as “the ability to perform consistently at our best in the environment within which we are operating at that moment. It relates to both individuals and to teams in all we do.

There are Physical, Psychological, Emotional, and Environmental Components to Consider

Understanding and embracing Human Performance means managing all of these factors, along with the team and and individual characteristics, to inspire productive behavior and create a healthy habit of achievement. Align your priorities to your bigger goal: If your priorities don’t align with your overall business goals, why are you doing them? Alignment means having a clear picture. Know your goals and make sure that every task is prioritized to get you closer to your goal. If a task doesn’t align with your goals, then it shouldn’t be a priority. You can balance your priorities to accomplish your goals successfully. “I know that I have less to live than I have lived. I have too little time to discuss headlines - my soul is in a hurry. Too few candies left in the box. I'm interested in human people.

People who laugh at their mistakes are those who are successful, who understand their calling and don't hide from responsibility. Who defends human dignity and wants to be on the side of truth, justice, righteousness. This is what living is for. I want to surround myself with people who know how to touch the hearts of others. Who, through the blows of fate, was able to rise and maintain the softness of the soul. Yes, I hustle, I hustle to live with the intensity that only maturity can give. I'll eat all the candy I have left - they'll taste better than the ones I already ate. My goal is to reach the end in harmony with myself, my loved ones and my conscience. I thought I had two lives, but it turned out to be only one, and it needs to be lived with dignity.”

Brilliant Anthony Hopkins and free interpretation of Mario de Andrade’s poem Let’s Talk “Conscious Choice” in The Execution of Your Business With Conscious Choice you choose your level of response in all you do. You are always at choice. Make it be a conscious choice. Living in the present with response, ( choice and purpose) vs reaction, ( no choice with fear). The idea of choosing involves both thoughts and behavior and the connection between the two. So a conscious choice means doing something (or saying something) after deliberating in a purposeful manner.

"You Have Choice or Conscious Choice"

Choices Determine Your Destiny

You are constantly making choices in business and in life. Unfortunately, most entrepreneurs do not make these decisions consciously. Instead of consciously evaluating the direction and results they want to achieve, many entrepreneurs jump ahead to taking action. In contrast, entrepreneurs who consciously guide their organizations forward, do so by establishing clear business objectives and plans before moving forward. The first step in everything you undertake is to consciously choose what you want ! When you seek to make a difference as a business, it is an intentional choice. You structure your priorities to create change. That change leads to identifying areas that can be eliminated. Then the business can improve its overall efficacy. This comes from the choice of deciding what is most important.

"Success is in The Moment Be Your Moment"

Consciously Choose To Impact The World

Top talent continues to evaluate an environment beyond the paycheck. Making an impact on the world is no longer for dreamers, but instead an expectation of top talent. Further, it creates creative opportunities that may be utilized in business decisions. Entrepreneurs who make the biggest differences, grow the biggest businesses, and enjoy deeply fulfilling and passionate lives all take responsibility for achieving what they desire. They share a common understanding that the only way to control their futures is to assume the responsibility of making conscious choices. If you want to take control of your financial future, then consciously choose your destiny and take conscious focused actions to attain it

"Use Your Tool Box of Experience With Understanding To Empower Your Continuum of Growth"

Welcome to a Powerful Ritual

Welcome to a powerful ritual designed to help you recognize and release the fears that have been damming up the flow of optimal health, energy, and abundance in your body and life. You can think of this process as a channel clearing. You’ll be rinsing away toxic residue to create space for more of what you truly want on all levels to enter your life. Fear Cleanse Flow

Find sometime (generally at least an hour) and a space to be quiet and still. Maybe at your favorite spot in nature, in a cozy nook at home, or at a peaceful café.

Take a pen and a notebook you are comfortable ripping pages from with you.

Once settled in - Close your eyes - Place your hands over your belly or heart. - Take three full, deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. - Settle into your body. Let yourself fully arrive in this moment. - Bring to mind the situation around which fear has been circling for you.

Reopen your eyes and instream-of-consciousness format, capture any and every fear, doubt, worry, or anxiety that bubbles to the surface about this situation on the paper.

No Editing if you bring your logical mind on board to analyze each fear as you go, your mind might try to rationalize why this isn’t really a fear, why this isn’t something you “should be” worried about, etc. In order to allow the fear to be cleared, we need to first see it with clear eyes and feel it in its truest form. Trust that there’s nothing you need to dismiss, avoid, or downplay here. Even if it no longer serves you, each fear is valid and a call for some compassionate attention. Let anything that wants to pour out of you flow onto the page. Feel the weight of those fears rolling off your shoulders. You’re returning burdens that aren’t yours to carry to the universe

As your pen starts to slow down, close your eyes. Check in to see if any lingering concerns want to be acknowledged.

Once it feels like every limiting thought for the moment is on paper, set your pen down and take a few deep breaths.

Respond to the following is this fear 100% provably true in reality? (It may feel true but is it True?) When I focus on this fear, does my energy increase or decrease? Is believing this fear pointing me in the direction I want to head? Is focusing on this fear helping me feel the way I want to feel? This fear has been trying to protect me from... In order to let this fear move from front to back seat, I would need to be willing to feel/face... If this fear were no longer in the driver’s seat of my life... For any fear you declared not True in reality: Instead of focusing on this fear, I now choose to own that (write a new self-empowering, energy-enhancing statement here).

Write each new self-empowering statement on a fresh sheet of paper. These statements are your Truth with a capital T. For example: Fear: “Maybe I’m just not meant to be healthy.” Upgraded belief: “Every time I choose to focus on an energizing thought, I’m nourishing my healthiest self."

"Once you’ve Transformed each Fear into an Empowering Affirmation, Rip out your Fear"

Change is a Continuum

“Change is defined as the act or instance of making or becoming different.”* “Time is a constant, a continuum of change as it never stops or goes back only acts in the moment moving forward. This is where we find our peace in our continuum of growth of transition in the energy of constant change.

The challenge with changes comes from our tendency to see them as problems rather than opportunities for learning and expansion. Most people are afraid of changing their routines because they have either had a tough time adapting in the past or have witnessed the difficulties others have had.

" My unique relationship with Kurt Bruckmann began in 2001when I started playing Ice Hockey for Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Kurt was my Coach. Kurt's dedication for player development and professional character building was highly regarded by all.   To highlight Kurt's continuity as a genuine individual over this time, I'll start by mentioning I have lived in Western Australia since 2012. Over this time Kurt has always worked around our time zone difference when phone calls where planned. Kurt's unconditional support for my ambitions and involvements in the resource sector, financial services, education and operating my own Ice Hockey skill development business has been second to none .It's Kurt's professional background which gives him the adaptable edge and total understanding of what it takes to succeed and understand oneself in volatile times
.
Any individual seeking performance insight and guidance on how to better understand their cognitive energy levels and attain that next level of accomplishment should undoubtedly reach out to Kurt.

   Justin Gates

" I have known Kurt for over 24 years going back to when I was responsible for the Association that funded the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Hockey program which Kurt was part of as a valued Coach. This respect and friendship continued as my boys came and went through the RFH hockey program and has continued thereafter. Kurt's time with the RFH hockey program transcended through several program challenges. Kurt was always the voice of reason and consistency through the years

Kurt not only has a passion for the game but also truly cares about the student. With Kurt it has always been that a student athlete is more about who the student athlete is rather than what a student athlete does. That credo is why He is not only a wonderful family man with a great family but also a great Coach ,Mentor for the kids, ( my boys included ) and also a valued fiend. "
